The beginning of a new year is an excellent time to review the state of our lifestyle and personal happiness: to evaluate whether we are travelling in the right direction : or to work out how and where we want to travel : and , after such research, to establish the personal goals which are likely to take us closer to where we want to be.
Like many others, you probably started 2020 with impressive plans for making improvements
in your personal, family and career life. Probably, like many others, your plans
didn’t really come to successful fruition. Of course, the Covic-
Though made with the best intentions, the sad fact is that many people’s new year resolutions never get much beyond the first month or so, but end up abandoned or forgotten. There are many reasons for this but here are a few common ones:
Don’t berate yourself if you haven’t achieved in 2020 the beginnings of what you
hoped for. There’s still time to get it right and there’s always time for a new start.
Make renewed plans for 2020/21. The important thing is not to abandon your plans
for positive life change. There’s nothing wrong with making new year resolutions,
but, if you really want to succeed, you need to choose your goals for improvement
very carefully and have a system for monitoring and evaluating your progress. This
is where this site can help you.
